Freelance Arabic Annotators

Work Location: Remote/Work from home

Engagement Model: Freelancer/Independent contractor

Language Needed: Arabic

Engagement duration: approx. 2 weeks

Expected workload: up to 30 hours/ week

Compensation model: $0.159 USD per accepted task

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for Arabic speakers with great attention to detail and ability to multitask to join our new remote Audio Annotation project Zaatar.

Your task as an Annotator will be annotation of Arabic speech data collected from native and non-native Arabic speakers. You can choose either of below set you prefer to take:

• Set 1: Up to 100 Jobs with 10 tasks per job (1000 tasks total)

• Set 2: Up to 500 Jobs with 10 tasks per job (5000 tasks total)

• Idiomatic fluency in Arabic

• Advanced in English

• Complete and pass short qualification test

• Good and reliable internet connection

• Ability to interpret and follow detailed guidelines

• Attention to detail

• Prior experience with annotation or similar projects is a plus

• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation model

You will be compensated $0.159 USD per accepted task in the production stage after the Final QA Approval process is completed (please note that the Final QA Approval can take up to 7 business days after the Production Stage is completed). The time spent on the Qualification test will not be compensated.

All the tasks which do not meet the quality requirements and are rejected during the quality assurance review will not be compensated.

Please note that the final assignment of what set of data you will work on depends on the project needs and is decided by the project team.
