Job Summary
- Develop campaign concepts and creative routes from brief
- Set art direction and brand guardrails across all output
- Lead a small studio planning capacity and controlling quality
- Own the brand system and the creative standards it sets
- Review all output before it goes live
Qualifications :
- 3 years in creative with art direction depth and a portfolio to evidence it
- Experience building or owning a brand identity system
- Able to direct copy even if writing is not your primary craft
- Experience with AI assisted production tooling and a clear view on where it fits
