Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mandatory
Masters degree in Construction Management Preferred
Strong infrastructure construction experience may substitute postgraduate studies
Required Courses / Certifications
PMP Preferred
OSHA / HSE Certification Mandatory
Primavera P6 Preferred
QA/QC Certification Advantage
Other Important Requirements / Remarks
Mandatory experience in infrastructure construction projects (roads utilities drainage networks)
Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction sequencing and coordination
Experience in managing contractors and multiple work fronts
Familiarity with authority requirements and approvals
Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g. AECOM Parsons Dar)
Experience in large-scale / city-wide infrastructure projects is required
Strong site coordination and contractor management skills
Required Experience Construction Manager (Infrastructure PMC Level)
