Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements using interviews document analysis surveys site visits business process descriptions use cases business analysis and task and workflow analysis
- Evaluate gathered information identify and reconcile conflicts decompose highlevel information into details abstract general understanding from lowlevel information and distinguish wants from true needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements evaluate potential solutions define a proposed solution propose quick fixes and develop model business processes
- Create and revise analysis artefacts and deliverables as needed such as business requirements functional requirements use cases business rules business process models user stories User Stories Acceptance Criteria and BDD/WhatIf Scenarios
- Analyze the changes in the user stories to support the development process
- Build strong relationships/rapport with crossfunctional business teams
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across the company to develop necessary analysis and documentation
- Collaborate in integration and acceptance testing
- Engage in multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Provide a proof record of welldocumented projects
- At least 23years of experiencein a similar role.
- Bachelors degree preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science or ITI
- Experience in analyzing data and data visualization techniques and tools
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis preferably in a governmental domain.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
- Detailed oriented planning and organizing skills.
- Team Player with strong cooperation skills.
