• Negotiate with confidence securing the best pricing delivery schedules and support from top vendors.
• Drive performance by forecasting pipelines ensuring timely invoicing and aligning cross-functional execution.
• Build the future expand our customer base and presence in Jeddah through innovative strategies and trusted leadership.
• Coach and mentor your team building a culture of continuous improvement learning and results.
• Stay sharp monitor market shifts customer needs and industry trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 14 years in IT sales with 3 years in a leadership role.
• A proven record of hitting targets and growing strategic accounts.
• A passion for building lasting client relationships and unlocking real value.
• The ability to motivate and develop talent you dont just lead you elevate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills especially with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Local knowledge of the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.
