Job Summary

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines ensuring compliance with project BIM standards and supporting project teams throughout the design and construction process. The role requires strong technical expertise in BIM software clash detection model coordination and collaboration with architects engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across Architecture Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) company standards and client requirements.
• Perform model quality checks and maintain model accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate issue resolution with project teams.
• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely model delivery.
• Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and best practices.
• Assist project teams with Revit modeling standards and troubleshooting.
• Manage BIM documentation model revisions and file sharing through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients regarding BIM deliverables.
• Prepare BIM reports clash reports and coordination logs.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 57 years of BIM experience including at least3years in a BIM coordination role.
• Experience working on large-scale building projects.
