Job Summary
- Benchmark with baking test for yeast/improver from the market
- Understand each customers technical needs and recommend the solution/products adapted to his need
- Solving technical problem of client
- Collecting data regarding the bakery market competitors and the position of Lesaffre products
- Support bakeries with technical advice: yeast adapted to process ingredients solution process support
- Participate with baking tests in creating new products yeast and ingredients
- Make demonstration / technical visit on the market
- Reception animation inside the baking center for bakers distributors
- Preparing reports and entering data on LESAFFRE platform
Qualifications :
Education
Diploma in Tourism & Hotels or Institute
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in relevant hospitality or tourism roles
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Strong computer skills (MS Office hospitality systems etc.)
Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
