Job Summary

Job Title: Backend Technical Support Engineer

Work Condition: remote

Key Responsibilities:
1) Support merchants and partners with technical inquiries & issues.
2) Manage technical solution guides and resolve recurring issues.
3) Test merchant websites and plugins to ensure optimal performance.
4) Work on side projects to improve onboarding and integration processes.
5) Foster a positive collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
1) BS in Computer Science (or related field).
2) 1-2 years experience in PHP Laravel.
3) Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms like Magento WooCommerce OpenCart.
4) Proficient with Git FreshDesk Redmine.
5) Excellent English communication skills.
