Associate Manager Infrastructure Services (ContainerLinux)

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Advanced knowledge of Linux OS internals and kernel tuning

Experience with Ansible Puppet or similar automation tools

Experience with virtualization (KVM VMware) and hybrid infrastructure.

Awareness of CIS hardening log forwarding and SIEM integration

Proficient in security compliance standards and OS-level auditing.

Experience in setting up Linux Centralized management tool (RedHat Satellite/SUSE Manager)

Operate and maintain container runtimes and orchestration platforms (Docker Kubernetes OpenShift).

Manage Helm charts container image pipelines and ingress configurations.

Implement role-based access control and security configurations

Manage persistence storage volume in Container platform

Assist with CI/CD integration and environment automation

Monitor and tune container performance using Prometheus/Grafana

Experience with container technologies (Docker Podman K8s).

Familiarity with YAML Helm and GitOps tools (e.g. ArgoCD).

Understanding of networking volumes and secrets in containerized environments.

Manage signed certificates within container platform

Knowledge of basic authentication methods (Active Directory LDAP)

Backup and restore vital data in container platform

Typically 4 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role

Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis

Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge

A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

Relevant certifications such as Linux / Container Certifications
