Job Summary
Role
To develop and implement strategies policies and processes to improve operations
and service delivery to meet existing and future corporate objectives.
Performance Objectives:
Build a pipeline for prospective new business.
Identify key expertise to support on new business opportunities and oversee client/ market responses and deliverables.
- Dramatically increase reach new prospect clients with providing WTW Affinity value propositions solutions and technology.
- Assist the head of Affinity to provide new innovative Affinity products to the market across different industries.

- 10 years of prior insurance/brokerage industry-related business development experience
