Job Summary
Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handle calls emails and inquiries ensuring timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of memberships invoices and payments.
Manage documentation filing and office supplies.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in event logistics.
Support management with administrative reporting and clerical tasks.
Assist in following up on membership renewals and service requests.
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Office Management or related field.
1 3 years of experience in administration or reception.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or office management systems is a plus.
Professional customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
A collaborative work environment in New Cairo.
Exposure to both administrative and client-support responsibilities.
Net Salary between 10K EGP to 12K EGP.
