Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager / EOS Integrator to take ownership of day-to-day operations systems processes and accountability across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is comfortable working with busy visionaries and senior management bringing structure to a growing organisation and ensuring that plans and priorities are consistently executed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and be confident implementing processes systems KPIs and accountability structures across teams.

• Work closely with the companys leadership team and visionaries to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
• Act as the operational bridge between leadership and the wider team
• Implement and maintain EOS processes and operating rhythms
• Develop document and improve company-wide processes systems and SOPs
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
• Establish clear responsibilities expectations KPIs and performance standards
• Hold management and employees accountable for agreed responsibilities and deadlines
• Track priorities projects and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time
• Run or support structured management meetings and follow up on action items
• Ensure teams are aligned with company goals and priorities
• Create greater consistency efficiency and accountability across the organisation
• Continuously review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help leadership make better operational decisions using data reporting and measurable results
• Support the implementation and adoption of new technology and AI tools
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of EOS and understand how to use EOS principles to improve business operations.

The successful candidate should be comfortable using technology to improve business efficiency.

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

• ClickUp
• EOS platforms / EOS tools
• AI productivity tools such as Claude ChatGPT and similar AI platforms
• Project and task management systems
• Process documentation and workflow tools
