Your new role
As IT System Manager you will be responsible for managing and validating systems owned by Drug Delivery Innovation with a strong focus on PLM CAD CAE and related digital engineering platforms such as 3DX CATIA Windchill and CREO. You will combine hands-on system management with project delivery user support supplier collaboration and compliance activities all while helping to standardise working methods and ensure easy access to data across development processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrating and maintaining PLM CAD CAE and MBSE systems including 3DX CATIA and related platforms across application environments configurations customisations and user administration
- Supporting and improving IT infrastructure and equipment that enables virtual testing and digital engineering while standardising working methods and simplifying development processes
- Monitoring system performance capacity and availability and coordinating improvements with Enterprise IT GMS IT and external suppliers
- Managing small to mid-size IT projects such as upgrades tool evaluations new capability implementations and process improvements
- Providing end-user support training and best practice communication in collaboration with external training providers
- Ensuring audit readiness system validation validated state maintenance risk assessments and implementation of relevant IT security requirements
- Supporting vendor dialogue licence stack definition cost model discussions and budget follow-up in collaboration with the Head of Digitalisation

In Global Manufacturing & Supply we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules processes devices and products dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Within this area sits the Digitalisation team which supports Drug Delivery Innovation in AI and digital initiatives. The teams goal is to achieve data and AI-driven operational excellence by advancing strategic digital transformation priorities. You will work closely with project teams functional teams Enterprise IT CMC Product Supply Legal Regulatory Finance external suppliers and other Development teams.
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for an IT System Manager who thrives in a complex and dynamic environment and brings a proactive hands-on approach to digital engineering. To succeed in this role youll bring:
- A BSc with 8 years MSc with 6 years or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience within IT engineering computer science or a related technical field
- At least five years of experience with PLM and CAD tools and system management including hands-on experience administrating platforms such as 3DX CATIA Windchill CREO or similar complemented by strong skills in scripting or basic programming
- A technical background or strong understanding of development processes and digital engineering ways of working with knowledge of IT security validation audit readiness and system compliance; regulated industry experience is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across users project teams management Global IT and external vendors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English
You have a positive can-do attitude and work independently while balancing high-level priorities with hands-on problem solving. You take initiative are comfortable navigating changing project priorities and stakeholder needs and set a good example through strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651.000 to 956.900 corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidates skills competencies knowledge and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level location functional area and relevant market benchmarks.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
