Your Role at a Glance:
As a Solutions Consultant youll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products including the Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing account management and digital purchases
Handling customer inquiries via phone chat and email
Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
