Job Summary

On behalf of our client MARPRO Group is looking for a skilled Production Mechanic for the office in Copenhagen and other company locations in central Zealand.

You will become part of a highly specialised organisation working with advanced maritime and electronic systems in a demanding operational environment. The team combines technical expertise innovation and a strong sense of purpose to deliver reliable solutions where quality precision and commitment are essential.

The job

As Production Mechanic you will work with the assembly and installation of mechanical and hydraulic systems on prototype and production vessels. You will be responsible for installing drivelines propulsion systems and other marine equipment ensuring that all work is carried out according to drawings specifications and quality standards.

You will work closely with engineers and fellow technicians during the build process and support testing maintenance and repair activities when needed. Quality is an important part of the role and you will contribute to QA/QC activities to ensure reliable and high-quality installations.

This is a workshop-based position offering the opportunity to work with advanced maritime technology in a skilled and dedicated team.

Professional qualifications

  • You are educated as a Mechanic Boat Mechanic Ship Fitter Diesel Mechanic Truck Mechanic or have similar technical background

  • Experience working with diesel engines mechanical systems and rotating equipment

  • Experience with installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems

  • Valid driving license

  • Fluency in English eligibility to work within the EU and ability to obtain EU security clearance
