Were looking for aProject Managerwho likes having things under control - but also enjoys working with people solving problems and keeping projects moving forward even when things dont go exactly as planned.

In this role youll take care of international engineering projects from kickoff to handover working closely with internal teams partners and customers. Youll have real responsibility room to make decisions and the support to do your job properly.

• Takefull responsibility for projectsfrom start to finish
• Coordinate and lead project teams subcontractors and external partners
• Set up clear plans for time budget scope and execution
• Keep a close eye on costs timelines and resources
• Spot risks early and manage changes before they cause trouble
• Be the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
• Make sure contractual quality safety and environmental requirements are met
• Prepare clear project updates and reviews
• Capture lessons learned and help improve how projects are delivered
• Support and guide team members in an international working environment
• You wont be doing everything yourself but youll make sure everything fits together.

• Atechnical background in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineeringgained through a university degree or relevant hands-on job experience isrequired
• At least3 years of experience in project management
• A structured proactive way of working
• Confidence in handling budget priorities and deadlines
• A solid understanding of commercial topics (costs margin changes)
• The ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams
• Comfort working independently and making decisions
• Fluent English(other languages are a bonus)
• Experience from the food industry is a strong advantage
• Project management certification is a nice plus not a must
• Most importantly: you enjoy ownership and responsibility without unnecessary drama.

This position is not suitable for candidates with project management experience limited to areas such as IT banking insurance or other nontechnical environments as a Mechanical or Civil Engineering background is required.
