Process Intelligence Product Owner

• Act as Product Owner for Process Intelligence initiatives within the defined organizational strategy
• Focus on delivering business impact and continuous value realization
• Align regularly with Executive Sponsor(s) regarding targets KPIs and priorities
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improve process execution
• Drive demand and adoption among business process owners
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact
• Provide functional guidance and direction to a team of Data Analysts Data Engineers and other specialists
• Ensure effective delivery coordination within the team (no direct people management responsibility)
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to building a strong Process Intelligence community
• Contribute to communication activities workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Support budget tracking and value realization monitoring

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience: 5 years of experience in large-scale business process transformation including 3 years of Process Mining experience in complex global environments; experience with Celonis is highly preferred
• Required Skills:
  Strong business and IT understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset
  Experience working in cross-functional teams with functional leadership or coordination responsibilities
  Ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change initiatives
  Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  Excellent communication and presentation skills (including senior stakeholder interaction)
  Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units
