IT Project Manager for Energy & Utilities (SAP delivery project)

Lead the initiation planning estimation execution and closure phases of development and implementation projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.
Focus on areas such as digital transformation SAP Utilities implementation and transition.
Allocate resources manage timelines and oversee project budgets to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
Supervise a team of consultants and developers fostering effective communication with clients.
Coordinate regular team meetings to provide project updates and address client requirements.
Contribute to or lead bids preparation alongside international teams.
Identify and discuss new business opportunities with clients.
Play an active role in the career development of team members and complete staff performance reports.

Proven experience as a project manager of large IT implementation project with SAP delivery.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is an advantage.
Experience in Energy and Utilities is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak languages is must.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
