Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to oversee the governance operational stability security coordination and continuous improvement of enterprise customer-facing digital this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams manage release processes ensure compliance and security and drive service excellence across a complex digital application landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate application release and change management processes.
  • Plan and manage regular software releases ensuring production readiness and cross-team alignment.
  • Coordinate governance compliance audit and risk management activities.
  • Drive information security initiatives and collaborate with Security Architecture and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate vulnerability management incident response and operational risk mitigation.
  • Monitor application health service reliability and operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and coordinate their implementation.
  • Support testing alignment release readiness and post-release quality reviews.
  • Monitor budgets forecasts purchase orders and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners PMO QA Engineering Operations Security and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives manage escalations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Application Management IT Service Management Release Management Digital Product Operations or a similar role.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale customer-facing applications in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery release management and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with IT governance compliance audit processes and risk management.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and vulnerability management.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners Engineering Architecture Security Operations QA and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL Agile/Scrum SAFe PMP CISSP CISM or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with security and vulnerability management tools (e.g. Qualys Prisma Cloud Checkmarx).
  • Experience supporting financial planning budgeting or TCO activities.
  • Previous experience working in large international enterprise environments.
