Events Coordinator (FMX)

We are looking for a highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

What you will do:

• Plan organize and coordinate a wide range of events
• Communicate with clients and manage their enquiries requirements and requests
• Collaborate closely with all departments across the hotel as well as with external suppliers
• Prepare event schedules and coordinate all required services
• Oversee events on-site ensuring smooth execution and handling any last-minute changes or requests
• Manage event-related administration and evaluate completed events

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A client-focused approach and professional manner
• Independence reliability and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Previous experience in event management hospitality or customer service
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Czech Republic
