We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Prague supporting candidates across the Czech this highly rewarding customer-focused role you will guide individuals with hearing loss through their journeyfrom initial enquiry to informed decision-making about implant solutions. You will act as a trusted point of contact providing support education and reassurance at every step.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary contact for all candidate enquiries and ensure timely follow-up

  • Support candidates throughout their journey providing an empathetic experience

  • Provide accurate non-clinical information about products and solutions

  • Attend local events and represent Cochlear

  • Track interactions in CRM systems and capture insights

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve candidate engagement

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Demonstrates advanced IT skills including MS Office (Excel) web-based collaboration tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently

  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship management key account management and project-oriented work

  • Demonstrates empathy strong organisational skills and a passion for helping others

  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech and English

  • Valid drivers license

  • National travelrequiredup to 60%

  • Internationaltravelmay berequired(estimated10-20%)
