B&I Business & Operations Development Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing business and operational activities in the area of Buildings and Infrastructure ensuring development of strategic projects efficient operations cost optimization and alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Business development
• Ensure efficient delivery of technical and operational services
• Manage day-to-day operations related to buildings and infrastructure
• Plan and optimize operational and capital expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Oversee maintenance investments and infrastructure development
• Manage external vendors and service providers
• Define and monitor KPIs SLAs and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements (Operational Excellence)
• Support business decision-making through analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance IT HR Operations)

Requirements

• University degree (technical or business-related preferred)
• Proven experience in facility management infrastructure or operations
• Experience in team and vendor management
• Strong financial and budgeting knowledge
• Project and change management skills
• Analytical and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
