Job Description
As part of the AI Execution function the AI Data & Analytics Engineer sits at the intersection of data engineering business intelligence and Generative AI strategy. You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines maintaining core enterprise Power BI reporting and playing a pivotal role in driving the adoption and understanding of Agentic AI and GenAI tools (such as Claude Code and other coding assistants) across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & API Integration
Design build and maintain data pipelines using Python to connect disparate enterprise systems and APIs
Ensure smooth data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes to support analytics and AI initiatives
Manage API connections for various internal tools and external AI services
Business Intelligence & Automated Reporting
Develop manage and optimize interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI
Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders specifically focusing on metrics related to AI adoption cost optimization and operational efficiency
Ensure data quality accuracy and high performance of BI solutions
AI Execution Agentic Frameworks & Education
Act as a core subject matter expert within the AI Execution function driving internal education around Generative AI and Agentic workflows
Develop and maintain learning content reference manuals and best practices for using enterprise GenAI tools (e.g. Claude Code GitHub Copilot)
Assist in the development testing and deployment of specialized AI agents to automate workflows
Help teams understand how to leverage LLMs and coding assistants for standardization and efficiency
Requirements
Data/Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations and data pipeline architecture
Business Intelligence: Deep expertise in Power BI (DAX Power Query dashboard design and automated reporting)
AI/GenAI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools LLMs and prompt engineering. Specific experience with AI coding assistants (like Claude Code) and agentic frameworks is highly preferred
Communication & Enablement: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts (like GenAI) into digestible educational content for broader teams. Strong presentation and mentoring skills
Experience analyzing token spend cost optimization and performance metrics for AI models is preferred
Familiarity with enterprise code standardization and automated testing strategies using is preferred
