A Marketing Affiliate Manager role with a confidential international digital services company focused on managing affiliate partnerships traffic performance and acquisition across LATAM iGaming markets. Model: On-site Location: Limassol Cyprus Salary: Up to 3500 net/month Languages: Russian English; Spanish advantage Focus: Affiliate Marketing LATAM iGaming Performance Relocation & visa: only visa support. for people that are not in cyprus 3 month period remotely and then if everything goes well they will have to short: Affiliate Management LATAM iGaming Traffic Acquisition Performance Optimization

Requirements:
- 13 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience with focus on LATAM markets
- Russian fluent (Spanish is advantage)
- English proficient
- Familiarity with CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent and proactive
- Ability to work onsite to Limassol Cyprus
- iGaming experience is mandatory
