Managing Director (MD)

On behalf of a global iGaming operator we are seeking an experienced and commercially drivenManaging Directorto lead and scale a fast-growing business within the iGaming / grey markets sector. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong operator with deep expertise acrossmarketing and operations capable of driving growth building high-performing teams and navigating complex competitive markets.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record at MD level and thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Strategy

• Define optimise and execute the overall business strategy aligned with growth and profitability targets
• Take full ownership of P&L performance and long-term business unit direction
• Identify new market opportunities partnerships and revenue streams
• Drive expansion across existing and new geographies

Marketing & Growth

• Oversee performance marketing acquisition retention and brand strategy
• Ensure strong ROI across all acquisition channels including affiliates social channels influencers and brand ambassadors
• Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize growth and customer lifetime value
• Work closely with CRM and product teams to maximize monetization

Operations & Execution

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency scalability and performance
• Build and optimize operational structures processes and KPIs
• Align product tech marketing and commercial teams to execute strategy effectively
• Ensure the business operates with agility in a fast-moving competitive environment

Team Leadership

• Build lead and mentor senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Foster a high-performance accountability-driven culture
• Drive hiring strategy for key leadership roles

Requirements

• Proven experience as aManaging Director (or equivalent senior leadership role) for 5 years
• Demonstrable background iniGaming grey market industries
• Demonstrated expertise in bothmarketing and operations leadership
• Experience managingfull business P&L and scaling revenue-driven organizations
• Track record of operating inhighly competitive fast-paced environments
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability
