Senior Program Manager

The EDW PMO team drives strategic transformation initiatives and technology projects that enhance the end-user experience across the organization. We lead initiatives such as endpoint improvements migrations integrations and new technology implementations partnering with teams globally to deliver impactful business outcomes.

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex technical projects using Agile Waterfall and hybrid methodologies while ensuring effective governance stakeholder alignment and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams manage risks and dependencies and drive projects from planning through adoption always keeping the end-user experience at the center of decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets resources and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration across global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status impacts and recommendations to leadership.
• Facilitate project governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
• Support change adoption and promote successful business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects in Agile Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including engagement with senior leaders.
• Manage multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.
• Experience with risk management problem solving and project governance.
• A collaborative inclusive and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience leading complex projects or programs using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage project scope schedule budget risks dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira MS Project Asana or similar platforms.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Scrum PMI-ACP SAFe or equivalent)
• Experience with end-user technology infrastructure network cloud or digital transformation projects.
