DATA ANALYST INTERN

Position Summary 

The Data Science & Power BI Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside the Data Analytics team supporting the development of data-driven solutions and insights for the Unified Service Management (USM) service. The intern will contribute to data modeling dashboard development automation initiatives and advanced analytics projects that help drive operational efficiency and business decision-making. 

General Tasks  

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards Balanced Scorecards and executive reports. 

• Design develop and optimize data models to support business intelligence initiatives. 

• Create and maintain Python-based scripts for data processing transformation automation and analytics.  

• Support data extraction cleansing validation and integration activities from multiple data sources. 

• Develop new analytical workflows and improve existing reporting processes. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. 

Qualifications :

• Advanced student in Data Science Computer Science Information Management Statistics or related field. 

• English B2. 

• Proven knowledge in Analytics tools as Power BI or Tableau. 

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel. 

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. 

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. 

Preferred Technical Skills 

• Python (Pandas NumPy Matplotlib Seaborn) 

• Power BI 

• SQL 

• Microsoft Excel 

• Git/GitHub 

• Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
