Accounting High School Internship

We are looking for Technical High School students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment. This internship offers exposure to customer research data analysis and business operations while helping students build analytical technology and corporate skills.

Responsibilities

• You will conduct customer research to identify review and validate contact information.
• Support Collections-related projects through analysis documentation and progress tracking.
• You will help with Service Suspension and Reconnection activities.
• Collaborate with our teams to help address customer-related inquiries and issues.
• Use digital technology to conduct research and manage information.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Technical High School program in Accounting or Finance in Costa Rica.
• B2 English proficiency both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
• Interest in technology Artificial Intelligence (AI) data analysis.
• Collaboration skills to work as part of a team.
• Curious mindset and focus in learning.

Additional Information :

This is a home-based internship role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
