- Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered analytics and data solutions.
- Gather document and translate business requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics AI and IT teams to design implement and enhance AI data agent solutions.
- Define and prioritize use cases that enable users to access insights through conversational AI and natural language interactions.
- Support testing validation and optimization of AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy relevance and business alignment.
- Partner with data governance teams to establish trusted data sources KPI definitions semantic models and business rules.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops user acceptance testing (UAT) training and adoption activities.
- Monitor solution performance user feedback and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance on AI business analysis best practices governance and responsible AI adoption.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics Business Administration or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst Product Analyst Business Systems Analyst Data Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise technology and analytics solutions.
- Strong experience gathering requirements developing user stories defining acceptance criteria and supporting Agile delivery.
- Solid understanding of data analytics concepts including KPIs reporting data quality governance and business intelligence.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business needs into data analytics and AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) conversational analytics and AI-enabled business workflows.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI Claude Gemini Snowflake Cortex AI Databricks Genie or similar technologies.
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or other business intelligence and reporting platforms.
- Strong communication stakeholder management facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate across business data AI and technology teams.
- Experience supporting AI agents conversational analytics natural language query tools or self-service analytics platforms is advantageous
- Familiarity with Snowflake Databricks SQL semantic models metadata management and data governance frameworks is advantageous
- Experience in commercial analytics domains such as sales marketing pricing customer insights or business performance management is advantageous
- Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech healthcare life sciences or financial services is advantageous
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps is advantageous
