Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Enterprise Content Solutions globally ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge. Develop solutions to resolve complex multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs by applying technological knowledge. Participate in the production of implementation strategies through creation of functional specification documents to support users. and presentation of proposed changes to applicable international audiences Provide on-call (after hours) and weekend production support on a rotational basis. Participate in design development testing development of new solutions or enhancements to existing applications. Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabanks Values its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational compliance AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
