Job Overview

This role isdedicated to transforming data into actionable business insights while supporting the digitalization journey across the supply chain organization. This roleis responsible fordeveloping analytics dashboards andperformanceKPI reporting that improve visibility decision making and business outcomes. The Analyst also partners with cross-functional teams toidentify evaluate and implement technological tools and automation solutions that simplify work improve efficiency and effectiveness and deliver better outcomes for customers andstakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Developmaintain and enhance dashboards scorecards and recurring reports that track operational and business performance across key supply chain processes.

• Define measure and monitor KPIs to provide clear visibility into service inventory forecast accuracylogistics productivity cost and other critical business metrics.

• Analyze business and operational data toidentifytrends risks opportunities and root causes and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.

• Support business reviews and decision-making forums by preparing insights performance summaries and data-driven storytelling that enabletimelyand informed actions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements standardize metrics and improve data consistency and usability.

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity by supporting data validation master data discipline and reporting governance practices.

• Identifymanual repetitive or inefficient processes and support the evaluationselection and implementation of digital tools automation solutions and system enhancements that simplify work and improve performance.

• Collaborate with IT systems and business teams to test deploy andoptimizenew technologiesthat improve process efficiency reporting capability and user adoption.

• Support the digitalization roadmap by helping document business needs process opportunities use cases and expected value from technology-enabled improvements.

• Track benefits and performance improvements from analytics and digital initiatives including productivity gains service improvements cost savings and stakeholder impact.

• Create clear documentation training materials and user support resources to enable effective adoption of dashboards reports and new digital tools.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement fact-based decision making and customer-focused problem solving through strong analytical support and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree preferably in Supply ChainBusiness Analytics Data Analytics Industrial Engineering Information Systems Business Operations ora relatedfield.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Experience in analytics reporting dashboard development business intelligence process improvement or supply chain support roles preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting dataidentifyingtrends and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools ERP systems spreadsheets and other analytics or automation technologies preferred.

• Ability to define and track KPIs create performance reporting and support structured business reviews.

• Exposure to digitalization automation workflow improvement or systems implementation projects is preferred.

• Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.

• Demonstrated continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

• Strong analyticalproblemsolving and organizational skills.
