Qargo Coffee is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support and drive operational excellence across our growing franchise system nationwide.

This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in coffee restaurant QSR or franchise operations who understands how to manage multi-unit environments enforce standards and ensure consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily operations across multiple stores nationwide

* Work directly with franchisees store managers and leadership to ensure execution of brand standards

* Support new store openings operational readiness and rollout plans

* Monitor store performance identify gaps and drive corrective action

* Ensure compliance with SOPs training programs and operational systems

* Partner with marketing training and development teams for aligned execution

* Track KPIs including sales labor speed of service and customer experience

* Support inventory vendor coordination and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years of operations experience in coffee restaurant QSR or franchise brands

* Proven experience managing multi-unit operations

* Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

* Deep understanding of store-level execution training and performance management

* Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-growth environment

* High level of accountability and attention to detail
