We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Informatics Support Specialist to support Clinical Informatics teams within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on operational support reporting documentation management and workflow optimization initiatives related to healthcare IT systems and clinical operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare IT support reporting/analytics ServiceNow ticket management and healthcare workflows. Exposure to Epic EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Clinical Informatics and healthcare operations teams
Prepare KPI reports usage metrics and operational analytics
Assist with ServiceNow ticket triage and workflow support
Support documentation optimization and flowsheet reduction initiatives
Create and maintain reports documentation and process materials
Coordinate small-scale healthcare IT and informatics projects
Collaborate with clinical operational and technical teams
Requirements
3 years of experience in Healthcare IT Support Clinical Informatics or related roles
Experience with healthcare systems reporting and operational analytics
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
Strong written English communication and documentation skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Epic knowledge or Epic workflow exposure
Experience supporting EMR/EHR systems
Understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical workflows
Exposure to documentation optimization or healthcare informatics initiatives
Required Skills:
