For more information please visit: Overview The Marketing Operations Senior Analyst plays a key role in enabling the Marketing organization to operate efficiently make data driven decisions and maximize the impact of marketing investments. This role combines financial planning operational excellence and cross functional management to improve execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detail oriented thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges while partnering with stakeholders across Marketing Finance Procurement Legal and other business ops. Key Responsibilities Control budget planning tracking forecasting and monthly financial reporting for the Marketing organization. Monitor budget utilization and proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities. Deliver actionable recommendations to maximize marketing investment efficiency. Marketing Operations Improve and scale operational processes that increase efficiency across Marketing. Control governance frameworks to ensure visibility accountability and execution excellence. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions. Improve executive dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and investments. Own the end to end operational process for Marketing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution. Centralize and oversee the creation tracking and management of PRs and POs across the Marketing organization. Coordinate invoice submission and monitor payment status to ensure vendors are paid on time and in accordance with internal policies and payment cycles. Partner closely with Procurement Finance Accounts Payable and Legal to resolve operational issues and remove process bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with internal procurement contracting and financial governance processes. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline procurement and payment workflows improving operational efficiency and stakeholder experience. Requirements 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations Business Operations Strategy & Operations Finance Consulting or similar analytical roles. Experience working in high growth startups fast paced companies or consulting firms. Advanced Excel (must have). Proven experience with data analysis and reporting. Experience managing budgets or financial planning processes. Experience coordinating cross functional projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels. Experience with AI tools to improve productivity reporting and operational workflows. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. Experience with project management platforms (Monday Airtable etc.) Google Sheets powerPoint Google Slides Experience working with procurement and legal processes. Familiarity with marketing KPIs and performance measurement.
