Were looking for a Database Coordinator to own and optimize the data infrastructure that powers our marketing sales and client engagement efforts.

What youll do:

Manage and optimize databases and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Apollo)

Ensure data accuracy hygiene and strategic segmentation

Build high-quality prospect lists for sales and marketing

Improve email deliverability (SPF DKIM DMARC)

Maintain compliance with GDPR CCPA and CAN-SPAM

Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis

Were looking for someone who has:

Experience building and managing high-value databases

Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot & Apollo)

Expertise in data hygiene and email deliverability

Exceptional attention to detail

A proactive mindset and passion for data quality
