1. Supervisar y ejecutar la producción culinaria en su turno (por ejemplo: carnes pescados guarniciones salsas postres etc.). 2. Asegurar la correcta mise en place y mantener los niveles de inventario requeridos. 3. Garantizar la presentación sabor y temperatura adecuada de los platos antes del servicio. 4. Cumplir con los estándares de calidad higiene y seguridad alimentaria (BPM HACCP o equivalentes). 5. Coordinar y apoyar al personal de cocina asignado a su estación. 6. Controlar los desperdicios y optimizar el uso de insumos para mantener la rentabilidad. 7. Participar en la creación y mejora de menús sugerencias y platos especiales. 8. Mantener comunicación efectiva con el Sous Chef y demás partidas para un servicio coordinado. 9. Asegurar el mantenimiento limpieza y orden del área de trabajo utensilios y equipos.
