Job Summary

You will support a U.S.-based Support Coordination Agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New this role you will work closely with Support Coordinators to help reduce their administrative workload allowing them to dedicate more time to the individuals and families they serve. You will assist with member communication service coordination provider research referrals scheduling follow-ups and back-office case support.


Requirements

  • Handle inbound member/family calls regarding care concerns and service needs
  • Proficiency using technical software
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Previous experience healthcare medicaid and disability services
  • Fluent bilingual English and Spanish required help patients feel comfortable relaxed and secure when communicating with you
  • Complete back-office administrative work documentation follow-ups scheduling and case-related correspondence
  • Assist with member connections to self-directed and participant-directed service options when applicable
  • Support Coordinators by assisting with caseload management and administrative case support
