Azure Engineer

As anAzure Engineer you will play a key role in:

• Designing implementing and managing scalable and reliable cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform leveraging a broad range of Azure services including virtual machines app services databases storage Key Vault Data Factory and more.
• Leading the implementation and management ofCI/CD pipelinesusing Azure DevOps automating build test and deployment processes for cloud-native and hybrid applications.
• Defining and managingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools such as Terraform and ARM templates ensuring consistency repeatability and scalability across deployments.
• Setting up and maintaininglogging and monitoring solutionsusing Log Analytics Application Insights and Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements define architecture designs and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives while providing mentorship and technical guidance to peers.

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• 5 years of experiencespanning at least two IT disciplines such as cloud architecture application development network management or database management with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Proven experience withInfrastructure as Codetools and languages such as Terraform ARM templates or PowerShell combined with solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding ofcloud security concepts including SSO ADFS OAuth SAML Active Directory LDAP SSL/HTTPS and web application security best practices.
• Experience withcontainerisation and orchestrationtechnologies such as Docker and Kubernetes along with proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field coupled with strongclient-facing consultative skillsand the ability to communicate technical recommendations clearly and confidently.
