What You Will Do

• Architect design and build scalable systems that will have a direct impact on

customer acquisition experience conversion and retention

• Develop close relationships with Product and tech team in China and Korea
• Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps for the

business

• Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency and flexibility of the platform

and services while keeping high bar for customer trust performance and

availability

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent fields
• 10 years of industry experience of increasing responsibility leading a group

of engineers 6 years of experience in software development in large

distributed systems web services and Java capability

• Experience in designing and implementing high-concurrency high-availability

and high-scalability systems;

• Familiar with distributed system architecture microservice architecture and

design and message queue cache database etc core backend knowledge

• Growth mindset company-wide perspective. Focus on business problem

solving and data-driven

• Strong competency in delivering results in an environment of rapidly changing

requirements with appropriate trade-offs

• Strong sense of ownership urgency and dive deep
• Experience working closely with global distributed teams
