About the role

As our BSO TEM Accountant youll manage travel and expense operations: reviewing expense reports keeping policy-compliant handling exceptions and administering corporate credit cards. Youll join the Global Travel Expense Management Team partnering with global and local stakeholders to deliver consistent compliant and efficient services that meet local-specific needs. Its hands-on combining strong local ownership with global exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data reporting

• Good critical thinking skills

Experience:

• 5 years of overall professional experience including 2 years of TEM accountant experience

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance would be preferred

• Review and process expense reports ensuring accuracy and policy compliance

• Handle exceptions and resolve operational issues proactively

• Administer corporate credit cards and related processes

Life on the team

Youll join the Global Travel Expense Management Team part of the LEGO Group based in China. We keep travel and expense services running smoothly across regions your work supports colleagues around the world. Youll build TEM expertise work with global stakeholders and stay connected with regular one-to-ones weekly meetings and a hybrid rhythm that gives you the best of both worlds.

What success looks like

In your first year youll take full ownership of both China and global travel and expense operations meeting your KPIs keeping backlogs in check and handling exceptions with confidence. Youll become the person colleagues come to with TEM questions and youll make compliance easier and the experience better for everyone.

Looking ahead the team is standardizing how we work globally supporting system migrations and refining our global TEM strategy so theres room to grow. Youll work closely with our local team the wider Global TEM team employees and PA and FBP tax and Global Travel and local PPC team across the business.
