Key Responsibilities
Provision underlying infrastructure to deploy server products including Aix and WRA.
Installation & Configuration of Windows / Linux environment.
Patching and redeployment of applications on digital tools.
Expected to troubleshoot and resolve digital tool service issues related to operating systems and server hardware; Partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
Hands on experience in creating and managing storage classes persistent volumes persistent volume claims primitive.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills in evaluating cluster Monitoring applications application failure cluster component failure & Networking
Experience in deployments and performing rolling update and rollbacks
Understand host networking configuration on the cluster nodes
Basic knowledge in installing and configuration software / builds.
Hands on experience in Windows / Linux operation system maintenance.

Requirements / Qualifications
Good experience and Knowledge of Network / Server (Windows/Linux) / Storage / DB systems build and Inter-dependencies with upstream and downstream system processes.
Strong customer service orientation.
Expertise in maintaining Windows and Linux environments.
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.
Effective in performing in a fast-paced environment with high demand for troubleshooting customer orientation and cross-regional collaborations for short durations.
Prepared to travel domestically (50%) to provide on-site services for clients.
