YOUR TASKS

• Design & develop system for automotive body electronic products.
  进行车身电子产品的系统设计
• Technical lead forHELLA product market promotion .Promote the products to customer and obtain the customer requirements
  向客户推广产品并获取客户需求
• Analyze customer and create SYS related documents per systemdevelopment process (system block diagram system specifications and systemarchitectures FMEA)
  分析客户需求根据系统开发流程在不同的阶段撰写相应的系统文档例如系统需求系统架构FMEA
• Support internal/external customer for SYS relevant topicsincluding solution evaluation and implementation.
  支持内部或外部客户各系统相关的问题包括各种方案的评估和实施
• Involve in project technique reviews including System/Softwarerequirement architecture and test case review.
  参与项目的各类技术评审包括系统/软件需求及架构和测试用用例的评审
• Supportacquisitions for technical discussions.
  对项目报价提供技术支持
• Design new flexible systemdesigns/architectures for upcoming market needs
  设计开发具有创新柔性架构特征的系统以满足未来市场的需求
• QD issue technical support forafter sale market product
  技术支持产品售后质量问题
• Regular exchange with other software development centers tosupport a global organizational structure.
  与全球组织架构中的其他研发中心维持日常交流

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Be familiar with vehicle E/E architecture
  熟悉整车的电子电气架构
• Good understand andexperienced with system development process;
  能够很好的理解系统开发流程具有一定的相关经验
• Strong background &knowledge on electronic engineering and HW development experience basicautomotive background is needed standalone working sprit from beginningrequirements to end customer return analysis (whole products life cycle).
  在电子工程领域具有坚实的知识并具有硬件开发经验具有基本的汽车行业知识能够独立完成整个产品周期中从制定要求到分析客户反馈的工作
• At least 3 years relevantexperience in developing automotive electronic control modules
  汽车电子模块行业3年以上研发经验
• Familiar with automotivecommunication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. CAN LIN UDS etc.)
  熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如 CAN LIN UDS 等)
• Master at least one of BTLE/NFC/UWB(ranging or Radar) radio frequency products
  熟悉至少一种BTLE/NFC/UWB(测距或雷达)等射频类产品
• System Electrical orSoftware Engineering experience is preferred
  有系统电子电气或软件方面工作经验者优先
• Bachelor or above degreemajored in electronic engineering or related;
  本科及以上毕业于电子工程相关专业
• Requirements/architecturemanagement software experience is preferred (i.e. MATLABDOORS Rhapsody)
  优先考虑有需求/架构管理软件(如MATLAB DOORS Rhapsody)使用经验者
• Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred
  对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑
• Open mind and team work spirit

• Good communication skill capability to communicate with customervery well and coordinate development activities of each location
