• Warehouse E2E Process & System
  • Quickly grasp warehouse E2E operational processes and system flows.
  • Understand ISC E2E workflows Deliver satellite ecosystems.
  • Support process mapping and documentation activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through daily operation observations.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Support user training activities and training material preparation.
• Project Coordination Support
  • Support project managers in planning and execution of warehouse transformation initiatives.
  • Track project timelines risks action items and deliverables.
  • Maintain project schedules and follow up on open actions.
  • Coordinate project-related activities across functions.
• Documentation & Process Management
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation SOPs work instructions training materials and process flow diagrams.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Support creation of governance materials and project reporting packages.
• To implement other jobs required by the line manager

Experience

1-3 years experience in project coordination supply chain warehouse operations business process management or related functions.

Outstanding process management and systematic thinking

Education

Bachelor degree and above preferably with background in Supply Chain Logistic Trade or Data statistics and related

English: CET-6 fluency English speaking and writing
