YOUR TASKS

• A Product management:
  产品管理
• Understand business division and company product development strategy for the focused product portfolio explore customer demand of target customer.
  理解事业部和公司产品发展策略以及关注的产品系列挖掘客户需求探寻目标客户
• Responsible for product management positioning and roadmap. Drive local for local product portfolio strategy launch product to market successfully.
  负责产品管理定位和发展计划驱动本地产品发展策略成功导入产品
• Responsible for the development and management of assigened product category as well as supplier sourcing pricing.
  负责安排的产品系列的产品管理和发展包括供应商寻找产品定价
• Prepare sufficient training documents and catalogs for training purpose in internal and external.
  准备完善的培训资料用于内部和外部的培训
• Support and maintain the internal product management system as well as product label package.
  支持产品管理中的包装标签等工作
• Other works assinged by company.

  项目管理
• Lead of project for local product launch and follow the progress via PIM tools.
  管理本地产品上市项目根据PIM工具推进项目进程
• Achieve project target according to planned time.
  根据项目时间表及时跟进并完成项目各项指标
• Coordinate cross-function teams in project time.
  在项目管理中和不同职能部门之间协调
• C Sales involve
  参与销售目标
• Participate/lead sales activities on some assigned product range.
  参与/领导一些安排产品系列的销售活动
• Achieve sales turnover with sales together.
  和销售一起达成销售额

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University education
  Automotive parts experience
• Good command in Mandarin & English
• 3-5 years automotive parts experience
  Better to knowthermal product electronic engine parts
• Fast learning skill
  Patient good training skill
  Good communication skill
• Project management skill
  Project process
  Product launch
