YOUR TASKS

• Responsiblefor process characterization /creation/ optimization studies to determineprocess capabilities for meeting customer requirements.为满足客户需求负责过程特点创新优化研究决定产能
• Responsiblefor respective production line quality.负责每条线的产品质量
• Technicalinput for Work Instruction WI to ensure the technical accuracy ofrepeatability and stability.填写作业指导书确保技术精度和稳定性
• Investigationand reporting of manufacturing process-related failures determining rootcause.调查报告与制造过程相关的失效发现根源
• Drivequality yield improvements and cost improvement projects.主导质量产量提高和成本改善项目
• Work withinternal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improvecurrent manufacturing
• Responsiblefor the SPC control of the production line.负责生产线的统计过程控制

• Universitydegree above major in electric or electronic.本科以上学历电气或电子专业毕业(must)
  
• 3 yearsworking experience. Above 2 years experience of process control in a JV orMNC. 3年以上工作经验2年以上外资过程控制经验 (plus)
  
• Processtechnology experience on SMT. 有SMT工艺技术背景 (must)
  
• Experiencein electronic or automotive area is preferred. 汽车电子或电气自动化领域工作经验优先 (plus)
  
• Familiarwith office software.熟练使用办公软件 (must)
  
• Good oralEnglish.熟练的英语口语能力 (must)
