YOUR TASKS

• Cost center planning and controlling ensure KPI target achievement.

• Set up SAP standard hourly rate and monitor variance with actual setupreporting rate target for efficiency control.
  设置成本中心标准费率分析控制差异设置人员效率目标并监督达成率
• Check and release Ge-fit ideas (include PPIBoniRedtc) to dig out concrete measures for continuous improvement on KPI.
  审核并通过各个部门提出的改善措施包括材料降价设计变更费用优化帮助经营指标持续改善
• Headcount planning in annual budget & monthly and quarterly forecastensure labor efficiency target achieved.
  负责蓝领员工数量预测确保员工效率目标达成

• Bachelor degree5 years or above financial analysis/ costing experience in manufacturingindustry;
  本科以上学历5年以上制造企业财务分析或成本控制相关经验
• FluentEnglish both reading and writing nice to have speaking.
  良好的英语读写能力能英语听说的优先
• Good at SAP and Microsoftoffice especially in excel.
  熟练使用SAP和office办公软件特别是excel
  Preferred: ACCA CPA or relevant.
