YOUR TASKS

• Be responsible for the management of software development analysis and solvement of software
  problems ensure the on-time and high-quality software release.
  负责公司软件项目的开发管理工作软件问题的分析和解决确保按时高质量的软件发布
  
• Complete the software effort estimation define software development time schedule/milestones
  according to project time line and finish the documentation such as risk analysis project manual and
  project order.
  完成客户项目软件的成本评估根据项目节点制定软件的开发计划和里程碑并完成各种文档如风险识
  别项目手册项目规则等
  
• Act as interface between software team/project team/manager/customer coordinate the multi-party
  communication.
  作为软件开发团队与客户项目团队经理之间的接口完成多方的沟通和协调工作
  
• Allocate rational tasks to software developer/tester coordinate the cooperation between team members
  make sure all software requirement is correctly and fully implemented based on the process of
  company.
  合理分配任务给软件开发及测试人员协调各成员之间的合作确保成员根据公司流程正确完整的实现软
  件需求
  
• Conduct all software engineering activities in software development phase including software
  requirements software design Code Reviews unit test module test integration and integration test
  software test software release etc.
  主导并管理软件开发周期内的各项活动如软件需求管理软件设计编码审核单元测试模块测试
  集成及测试软件测试软件发布等
  
• Supervise the documentation in each development phases to insure the integrity and criterion of
  documents;
  track and control the software changes based on software process
  监督产生项目进展各阶段的文档保证文档的完整和规范根据公司软件开发流程对软件变更进行控制和
  跟踪
  
• Close communication with project team; necessary support for system team and project manager.
  与项目团队保持良好的沟通对项目经理和系统团队的工作提供必要的支持
  
• Report to higher level about software progress software changes and other important information;
  contribute to the improvement of development norms and methods.
  向上级汇报项目的进展情况需求变更等所有项目信息协助制定和改善软件开发规范并改进开发方法
  
• Provide correct and robust software version for testing release customer sample delivery and
  production.
  向测试发布客户样品交付及生产提供正确的健壮的软件版本
  
• Implement other tasks from manager.
  完成部门经理安排的其他工作
  

• Bachelors degree in electronics software engineering computer science or equivalent disciplines
  软件工程计算机或其他相关专业本科或以上学历
• At least 5 years experience in automotive electronics.
• At least 3 years experience in automotive electronics software project management.
  Have experienced at least one project as software project manager in full software life cycle.
  至少5 年汽车电子从业经验至少3 年汽车电子软件项目管理经验作为项目经理至少经历过一个完整的
  软件项目周期
• Familiar with software life cycle and management good understanding of automotive software
  development process.
  熟悉软件开发生命周期及管理熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程
• Proficient in project management of scope timing resource cost quality etc.
  对项目范围时间人员成本质量等管理有丰富经验
• Good documentation skills and software process sense familiar with at least one software configuration
  tool and software requirement management tool.
  良好的文档能力和软件流程意识掌握至少一种软件配置管理工具和需求管理工具
• Fundamental technical knowledge of programming and software development experience of software
  development or integration or testing is preferred.
  有基本的编程和软件开发知识有软件开发集成或者测试经验为佳
• Preferred: AutoSAR experience Function Safety design experience PMP certificate usage of DOORS
  and MKS.
  优先考虑有AutoSAR 经验有功能安全项目经验有PMP 证书会使用DOORS 和MKS
• Fluent English skill both in spoken and written
  熟练的使用英语口语和写作
• Highly motivated team sense good at thinking responsibility open mind
  能够自我激励有团队精神善于思考有责任心思路开放
• Good communication and coordination skills
