Responsible for customer communication in SW requirements clarification leading SW USP features definition promotion during project acquisition phase and development

Definition of SW team OKR tracking project status and report. Responsible for SW team development efficiency improvement with data and AI based solutions

Bachelors degree or above.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal.

- Three years working experience;
五年以上工作经验
- Three years SW development experience in automotive preference for motion domain
五年以上汽车软件开发经验有车辆运动域控软件开发经验者优先
- Proficient in vehicle dynamics and steering principles
精通车辆动力学和转向知识
- Proficient in functional safety and familiar with ISO-26262 prefereence for ASIL D product development
精通功能安全熟悉ISO-26262 标准具有ASIL D 产品开发经验者优先
- Professional in C/C coding and model-based SW development
具有专业的C/C编程和基于模型的软件开发经验
- Familiar with automotive SW development V-model and ASPICE process
熟悉汽车行业V 模型和ASPICE 开发流程
- Experience in AI-based Devops solution development
具有基于AI 的持续集成持续开发解决方案开发经验
- Familiar in DOORS Matlab/Simulink Jira etc. SW development and management toolchain
