• 负责培训的前期材料及课室的准备工作
• 维护准确的各种培训项目及详细资料的培训数据库包括培训护照的跟踪管理
• 帮助部门培训员识别问题并找到解决方案以减少客人投诉
• 完成由管理人员交代履行的其他工作职责

候选人应具备以下能力

• 大专及以上学历酒店管理餐饮管理或相关专业优先
• 具备至少1年酒店同等经验
• 流利的英语普通话口头表达和书写能力
• 积极主动服务意识强
• 良好的人际交往能力
