YOUR TASKS

• A Project work
  Developing medium complex concepts of InformationManagement (IM) solutions based on the users
  technical requirements
  
• Coordinating the general concept with technicaldepartments
  
• Coordinating and giving trainings
  
• Supporting the responsible persons for preparation of theprocess design workshop and customize the system
  
• Keeping up-to-date with state of arts technologies on themarket and technical selecting and testing system
  components. Continuous improvement of existing systems
  
• Support the technical preparation of project steps ( blueprint key-user training integration
  test and cutover phase)
  
• Ensuring processes and preparing documentation concerningthe system
  B User support
  
• Give advice and support to users (First/Second-LevelSupport)
  
• Coordinating solutions to problems with the departments
